You'll support the operational backbone for Airbnb's Community Blueprint team, owning portfolio rhythms and central tooling. You'll align stakeholders around clear plans and ensure teams have the structures to deliver measurable impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate planning, prioritization, and portfolio reviews aligned to company goals.
• Own productivity tooling and source-of-truth assets like Airtable and dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional program delivery from problem identification to solution execution.
• Build leadership-ready narratives and business cases for executive forums.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Program Management, BizOps, or PMO roles in high-growth tech.
• Demonstrated ownership of planning and business operations such as portfolio management.
• Experience administering collaborative systems like Airtable or Jira.
• Strong project management fundamentals including critical path management.

• Experience in customer experience, trust/safety, or support operations.
• Hands-on experience integrating Airtable with Jira.
