• Design scalability solutions for throughput and execution performance
• Lead proposer-builder separation, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering initiatives
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models in EVM environments
• Optimize core blockchain infrastructure including Ethereum-compatible clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in distributed systems or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth
• Proven track record architecting production-grade systems
