Description

You will lead the product strategy and execution for Okta's new product, 'Okta for AI Agents', defining how enterprises secure and govern AI. You will own the v1 product in a nascent market, engage with customers, and mentor a team of product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
• Strong understanding of AI landscape and security challenges
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product management teams
• Excellent communication skills and customer obsession

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product vision and multi-year strategy for Okta for AI Agents
• Lead product management team to deliver on the roadmap from concept to launch
• Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and validate product direction
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success
