You'll join Otterbein Staffing Agency as a Physical Therapist Assistant, providing rehabilitative therapy to home health patients under the supervision of a licensed PT. You'll help patients improve functional mobility and independence through exercises and modalities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services per Home Health Plan of Care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities in patient's home
• Observe and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Minimum 3 years full-time PTA experience or 2,000 hours patient-related care
• Current Ohio license as Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current CPR certification
