You will own the full sales cycle, guiding homeowners and business owners through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review. You'll act as a trusted advisor to close high-value renovation projects while exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Comfort with cold outreach across phone, email, and text
- Advanced time management and pipeline management skills
Responsibilities
- Own renovation pipeline from initial consultation through signed construction agreement
- Guide property owners through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review
- Facilitate bid leveling, scope alignment, and negotiation conversations
- Consistently work toward and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Partner with contractor network to ensure competitive proposals
