Requirements

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort with cold outreach across phone, email, and text
  • Advanced time management and pipeline management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own renovation pipeline from initial consultation through signed construction agreement
  • Guide property owners through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review
  • Facilitate bid leveling, scope alignment, and negotiation conversations
  • Consistently work toward and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Partner with contractor network to ensure competitive proposals
