💼 About This Role

You'll advise customers on cannabis products at a Sunnyside® dispensary, ensuring a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout. You'll apply consultative selling techniques and compliance knowledge to build customer relationships and product orders. This role offers training in cannabis fundamentals and a dynamic mix of sales, inventory, and customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products through education.
• Perform accurate cash handling and order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure compliance with regulations.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail or hospitality preferred).
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance).
