💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical lead for the Growth Analytics team, partnering with Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock scalable growth. You'll apply data science techniques like statistical modeling and experimentation to drive product-led growth. This role combines mentorship and technical ownership on cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define growth strategy with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Data Science leaders
• Apply root-cause analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation to drive growth
• Build scalable measurement frameworks for data-driven decision-making
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years industry experience in a quantitative field
• Proven experience mentoring or leading data science or data analytics teams
• Demonstrated experience applying data science to drive growth initiatives
• Strong skills in SQL and Python/R

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) preferred
• Experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth environment
• Experience with data modeling
