Description

You will lead a team of Data and Analytics Engineers, own the data warehouse and pipelines that power company-wide reporting and product analytics, and ensure reliable, scalable, and accurate data operations. You'll partner with leaders across ML, Analytics, BizOps, and Engineering to align data initiatives with business needs, drive roadmap planning, and mentor your team.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing data/analytics engineers, 6+ years total data engineering experience
• Experience driving team operations including sprint ceremonies and planning
• Hands-on with ELT pipelines using SQL, dbt, and OLAP databases like Snowflake
• Proficiency in Python and workflow orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow, Prefect)
• Experience with Tableau or Hex and scalable reporting solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive development of data pipelines and analytical products in the warehouse
• Collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, and BizOps
• Define vision for scalable data model architecture and roadmap
• Lead execution, sprint ceremonies, and roadmapping
• Oversee data integrity, documentation, testing, and monitoring
