💼 About This Role

You'll own fleet readiness and maintenance for autonomous UAS platforms, leading field operations domestically and internationally. You'll serve as the primary interface between operations, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure mission readiness. This role offers the chance to work with next-generation defense systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fleet readiness and maintenance systems for all UAS
• Lead maintenance execution, troubleshooting, and repair workflows
• Manage configuration control across vehicle hardware/software revisions
• Oversee post-manufacturing inspection and flight acceptance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with autonomous systems field operations
• Experience with mission planning software (QGroundControl or Mission Planner)
• Experience with Ardupilot or PX4
• Experience in international field operations and logistics for vehicles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading or supervising UAS field operations teams
• Background in aircraft maintenance, aviation systems, or military/defense operations
• Experience with data analysis, reliability tracking, or failure trend identification
