💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at a music and pop culture retailer. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a fun environment with fellow enthusiasts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Open and close the store and assist with planogram changes

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
