💼 About This Role

You'll lead sourcing strategies for electronics, raw materials, forgings, or valves at Hadrian, an autonomous factory building for aerospace and defense. Your work will directly impact cost, quality, and delivery performance to manufacture critical parts 10x faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing for assigned commodities including supplier identification and onboarding
• Develop and execute commodity strategies for cost, supply, and quality
• Negotiate terms for master supply agreements and statements of work
• Monitor global supplier performance and conduct business reviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and commodity management
• ERP/MRP system proficiency with requirements development
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards and export control regulations
• Expertise in electronics, raw materials, forgings, or valves commodity management
