Description

You will support the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives and providing insights to support decision-making and company growth. You'll partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, collaborate with accounting, and build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Clear communicator who translates complex data into insights
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Passion for uncovering insights from data and improving processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted finance partner to senior leadership, owning end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting to maintain financial integrity and enhance reporting and analytics
• Invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools for real-time visibility into financial performance
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and operational initiatives
• Assist in preparation of Board of Directors meeting materials
