Description

You will act as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of Bluefish's AI platform. You'll support technical relationships, guide API integrations, design custom solutions, and help customers unlock measurable value from AI-driven marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role in SaaS, AI, or marketing technology
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data feeds, and system integrations
• AI/ML proficiency with ability to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of databases and analytics concepts
• Experience driving adoption in Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

• Support technical relationship for assigned customer accounts
• Guide and support customer integrations including APIs and data feeds
• Design custom technical solutions such as dashboards and workflows
• Partner with customers on optimization measurement and performance validation
• Collaborate with product and engineering to surface customer feedback
