💼 About This Role

You'll lead a two-year ERP Cloud Implementation Program, driving delivery across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams. You'll connect workstream-level execution to program outcomes, ensuring stable go-live and adoption while managing integrated plans, risks, and dependencies. This fixed-term role offers potential conversion to regular full-time based on performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own program charter, governance, and success measures with executive sponsors
• Manage integrated program plan, scope, schedule, budget, and RAID across workstreams
• Lead Project Managers across workstreams and regions, setting cadence and quality bar
• Drive stakeholder management, change management, and vendor partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs/projects in CPG or retail
• 7+ years leading complex ERP implementations including full lifecycle Cloud ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor)
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large blended teams
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, Supply Planning, Logistics)

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent
• Experience in apparel/footwear or consumer products
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
