💼 About This Role

You'll join a 12-18 month development program for recent graduates, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship in industrial sales. You'll gain hands-on experience in fluid power and general industrial components, preparing you for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Solve real-world customer problems through technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Sales
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance
• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing
