💼 About This Role

You'll lead in-person and virtual technical training for customers using Lumafield's CT scanning and analysis software. Your core impact is ensuring customers capture scans, identify defects, and integrate insights into their engineering processes. This role involves up to 60% travel to customer sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead in-person and virtual technical training sessions on scanning systems and software
• Guide customers on best practices for fixturing, scan setup, and analysis interpretation
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Application Engineers to align trainings
• Manage and improve training materials and enablement programs

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering
• 4+ years in solutions engineering, manufacturing engineering, or quality control
• Passionate about teaching technical concepts
• Experience creating standard processes (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA cycles)

• Experience working with customers or external parties
• Experience with metrology or lab equipment (CMM, optical inspection, etc.)
