Description

You will be the key interface between Rocket Lab's space software customers and engineering teams, designing and proposing software solutions. Your responsibilities include developing product demonstrations, supporting proposals, monitoring business performance, and staying current on market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
• 5+ years of engineering experience in aerospace industry
• U.S. citizenship
• Experience with satellite operations or developing software for autonomous vehicles in harsh environments (preferred)
• Proficiency in C++, Python or similar programming languages (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering skills to design and propose solutions using Rocket Lab's space software products
• Develop interactive product demonstrations to showcase space software
• Support proposals for new business opportunities
• Monitor business performance, forecast demand, and present to Finance and Executive teams
• Collaborate on generating marketing materials and travel to conferences/customer locations
