Description

You will contribute to the strategic direction of Anthropic's AI tools, crafting polished and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase AI capabilities. Working closely with engineers and researchers, you'll rapidly prototype and iterate on designs for products like Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and the mobile app, shaping how millions experience AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showing user-centric design and polished UI
• Proven track record of end-to-end complex product execution
• Experience with complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, or developer tools preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
