You'll expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Your core impact is generating revenue through rental contracts and MSAs. You'll also manage inbound leads and RFQs to drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sign contracts and acquire MSAs with industrial facilities
• Generate revenue by renting to non-contract facilities
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors and principals
• Respond to inbound leads and requests promptly

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in industrial facilities
• Industrial contract knowledge
• Superior sales skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
