You'll directly impact campaign performance through A/B testing and iterative design. This role blends creative experimentation with measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ad sets and landing pages for A/B testing
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns
• Edit video assets for social media platform specs
• Maintain brand consistency across static and motion assets

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design for performance creative
• 1 year experience with motion graphics
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B testing and heatmapping
• Experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely or Unbounce
• Familiarity with AI/automation in marketing
