Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention through root cause analysis and process improvements.   • Diagnose and resolve technical support issues across multiple systems.
  • Manage customer incidents end-to-end within defined SLAs.
  • Document interactions and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

  • 2+ years in technical support or customer-facing IT role.
  • Strong understanding of internet technologies and networking.
  • Experience using Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
