💼 About This Role

You'll own a clinical sales territory, driving referral volume by building relationships with providers. You'll manage the full sales cycle and install Abby Care as the default referral protocol. This role offers the chance to impact family caregiving in a high-growth startup supported by mission-driven VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to provider commitment
  • Engage physicians and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
  • Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately
  • Execute targeted outbound strategies within assigned territory

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales
  • Clinical fluency: speak the language of a Case Manager (Prior Auth, Acuity, etc.)
  • Salesforce native: live in the CRM and keep records accurate
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within Greater Philadelphia
