🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain VMware vSphere and Windows Server systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform disaster recovery.
• Install and optimize server platforms.
• Manage OS updates and critical patch deployment.

📋 Requirements

• Higher technical education in IT.
• 8+ years in Windows Server and VMware administration.
• Experience with clustering and failover systems.
• Knowledge of Linux, network protocols, and ITIL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical English (conversational preferred).
• Experience with KVM virtualization.
