You'll run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, and logistics while leading a team of Customer Advocates. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build team morale and provide vision and development opportunities
• Interview, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, set goals
• Generate reports and present to upper management
• Jump in to wash cars or deliver vehicles as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvement
