You'll execute and optimize paid acquisition channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google for a top 15 global AI company with 50M+ users. You'll support campaign setup, creative iteration, and data analysis to help scale from 40M to 100M users. This role offers autonomy with senior mentorship to accelerate your growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor campaign performance using Voluum and GA4
• Support creative testing by preparing ad concepts and assets
• Assist in A/B testing landing pages for conversion improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1 year experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills comfortable with data and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of marketing metrics like CPM, CTR, CPA
• Familiarity with GA4 or tracking tools
• Experience in sensitive verticals like dating or telehealth
