💼 About This Role

You'll provide social work services to students in grades 6-12 at Achievers Early College Prep, a STEM and digital media arts charter school. You'll complete assessments, manage caseloads, and counsel students with IEPs and trauma. This role offers the chance to work in a small-school environment with a focus on student achievement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend Assessment Plan meetings for initial evaluations
• Complete social assessments and submit reports to Child Study Team
• Maintain caseload in compliance with state timelines
• Counsel students with IEPs and trauma-related needs

📋 Requirements

• MUST hold School Social Worker certification from NJDOE
• Valid Social Worker Credential
• Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience in an urban charter school
• Bachelor's degree
