Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Counsel, mentor, coach, and develop employees
• Coordinate production workflow and move resources as needed
• Enforce company guidelines, standards, and policies including safety and quality
• Perform daily quality checks and train employees to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Address production delays, equipment malfunctions, and staffing challenges promptly
