💼 About This Role

You'll oversee quality operations across multiple PACE senior care centers in Los Angeles County, collaborating with executive directors and medical directors to drive compliance and process improvement. You'll analyze market-level data trends and lead root cause analyses to support regulatory audits. This role uniquely combines real-time compliance partnership with market-level strategic improvement initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and mentor new quality specialist team members
• Collaborate on market-level process improvement initiatives and highlight data trends
• Support regulatory process improvement by leading RCAs and conducting audits
• Analyze reports of market-level data for QI plan and regulatory requirements
• Partner with QOD to manage QI Program Committee preparation and follow-up

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality improvement/assurance in healthcare
• Experience with managing data and conducting analyses using software like Smartsheets and Power BI
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Knowledge of PACE-specific program compliance and HIPAA requirements
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Athena
