Description

You will act as the strategic recruitment advisor for agencies, managing the full hiring lifecycle across multiple disciplines and levels. You'll partner with hiring managers and business leaders, own TA metrics, and contribute to employer branding, freelance management, and external partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies and employer branding
• Proficient English and Spanish
• Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for assigned agencies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, internship, and freelance positions
• Design and implement talent initiatives like referral programs and DEI projects
• Own TA metrics and lead reporting and improvement initiatives
• Contribute to employer branding strategy and manage university/freelancer relationships
