💼 About This Role

You'll embed AI into every corner of the Growth team—performance marketing, creative production, CRM, and landing pages. You'll build production-grade AI tools and workflows that directly reduce manual hours and accelerate decision-making. This role reports to the Head of Growth and lets you work across subteams as their embedded AI engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI tools for bid strategy analysis and creative performance scoring
• Develop AI workflows for ad copy generation and creative brief automation
• Implement AI-driven personalization across email, SMS, and push channels
• Automate landing page variant generation and headline testing ideation
• Build internal tools like dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of engineering experience with hands-on AI/LLM work
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and LLM APIs
• Ability to build repeatable tools for team empowerment
• A builder's mentality — shipping prototypes over writing specs

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like n8n or Make
• Prior work at a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or RAG architectures
