Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success or sales role at high-growth SaaS vendor
- Experience with Networking, Security or AI software solutions
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and gain trusted advisor status
- Organized and effective in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage health of assigned accounts to ensure retention and growth
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Own post-sales motion including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals and upsells
