Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success or sales role at high-growth SaaS vendor
  • Experience with Networking, Security or AI software solutions
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and gain trusted advisor status
  • Organized and effective in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage health of assigned accounts to ensure retention and growth
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Own post-sales motion including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals and upsells
