You'll own and improve medical waste treatment processes and equipment, including autoclaves and industrial control systems. You'll analyze performance to drive operational improvements and support startups across North America. This role is primarily remote with 25-35% travel to plants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve medical waste treatment processes and equipment.
• Analyze process performance to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Design and optimize facility layouts for material flow.
• Develop and standardize process control strategies and SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in process engineering or industrial automation.
• Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autoclaves, pressure vessels, or steam boiler systems.
• Familiarity with IIoT technology and industrial networking.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
