You'll lead end-to-end supply chain performance including demand planning, inventory optimization, and technology-forward AI-enabled approaches. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute integrated supply chain strategy.
• Oversee merchandising, category management, and product lifecycle.
• Manage supplier compliance and unauthorized reseller restrictions.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance including demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of forecasting and replenishment systems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, or procurement with senior leadership.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in retail or ecommerce.
• Demonstrated acumen in merchandising and category management.
• Experience implementing planning and replenishment systems and improving forecasting accuracy.

• MBA or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics in supply chain or merchandising.
• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth or multi-channel environment.
