Description

You will drive net-new logo growth by selling Jellyvision's integrated benefits technology suite to mid-market and enterprise organizations. You'll engage channel partners, execute strategic prospecting, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve over-plan results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside/field sales with enterprise SaaS exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Technology solutions
  • Proven success selling into organizations with 500+ employees
  • Ability to establish partnerships with benefits brokers, carriers, and consultants
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive identification and acquisition of net-new benefits brokers and consultants to expand channel footprint
  • Cultivate relationships with existing broker partners to maximize referrals and co-selling
  • Own the full sales cycle targeting HR, Finance, and C-suite at companies with 500+ employees
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan using sales intelligence tools
  • Use Salesforce to track activities, monitor pipeline, and forecast revenue
