• Search candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and feedback
• Maintain candidate database (Greenhouse) and ensure guideline compliance

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year relevant experience at agency or in-house recruitment
• Relevant research experience (e.g., university) as an advantage
• Self-discipline and good command of English
