💼 About This Role

You'll act as the operational anchor for our Sparks, Nevada deployment, overseeing all white-space hardware. You'll design and implement KPI frameworks to govern regional performance and provide data-driven updates to executive leadership. This role uniquely combines deep infrastructure fluency with team leadership in a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design KPI frameworks for uptime, MTTR, deployment velocity, and power utilization
• Oversee hardware lifecycle, break-fix, and RMA processes for GPU clusters
• Bridge lab-to-production pipeline between San Jose Lab and production sites
• Lead vendor and landlord relations, ensuring SLA compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in data center operations managing distributed white space or lab environments
• Strong technical understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade server architecture including GPU-heavy clusters
• Demonstrated experience defining and building operational metrics
