💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and train new recruits using your pop culture fandom knowledge. You'll also assist with daily operations and help meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
