You will build and maintain the frontend frameworks and libraries that 35+ product teams depend on, driving large-scale migrations and improving developer experience across the PandaDoc ecosystem.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience with frontend infrastructure
• Experience with large-scale migrations and build tooling
• Proficiency in React and modern frontend architecture
• Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-team work

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Application Platform frameworks for product teams
• Drive large-scale migrations and codemods across the codebase
• Design and publish versioned platform libraries and developer tools
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive adoption of platform standards and patterns across the organization
