You'll lead the Analytics Engineering team rebuilding our enterprise data warehouse. You'll partner with embedded analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products. This role offers a chance to drive AI enablement and engineering excellence at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing analytics engineering team
• Own technical direction for data warehouse design and modernization
• Ensure best practices in dimensional modeling, data quality, and testing
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver projects aligned with business goals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams
• Expert SQL and strong experience with DBT and modern ELT pipelines
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake and AWS services
• Familiarity with data quality/observability tooling and governance
• Python experience for pipeline development or automation
