You'll sit at the nexus of engineering, business, and external customers, leading a functional area and working across teams to define and measure success. You'll oversee end-to-end programs handling hundreds of thousands of high-value transactions per day. This is an opportunity to drive outsized impact at an intentionally small organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end program metrics, issues, and opportunities
• Work with partners, managers, and engineers on API integrations
• Manage backlogs, Kanban, and cross-functional coordination
• Consult external partners on data passing and API best practices

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Program Management or related project experience
• Experience with SQL, JSON, and Web APIs
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with engineers and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with Agile environments and SDLC
