Description

You will design and analyze supply chain data to create inventory plans and forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, and drive performance improvements. This role is key to achieving customer success and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, inventory planning, or supply planning
• Statistical analysis and inventory optimization modeling experience
• Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP required)
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create inventory plans for $200M regional sales with 40,000 SKUs ensuring 98.5% availability and target turns
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for forecast accuracy, inventory availability, supplier OTD, and logistics
• Execute supply chain plans to improve inventory turns, utilization, and transactional costs
• Develop statistical models for demand forecasting at SKU level
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams on new product launches and market intelligence
