💼 About This Role

You'll implement ABA therapy for children with autism at MeBe Family, a multi-disciplinary clinic. Your core impact is reducing maladaptive behaviors and teaching replacement skills through play-based care. You'll also support new behavior technicians as a cultural ambassador.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement ABA strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors
• Provide direct ABA services to clients with autism
• Collect and record objective daily data on client progress
• Provide break and meal coverage for center RBTs

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma
• Consistent availability from 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Minimum 6 months employment at MeBe
