💼 About This Role

You'll lead onboarding for Enterprise restaurant customers, blending strategic project management with product expertise to drive long-term adoption. Your work directly impacts time-to-value and customer success. You'll also define scalable approaches that shape our onboarding function as we grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full customer journey from pre-sales to rollout and handover
• Ensure successful product adoption through best practice education
• Deliver world-class project and stakeholder management
• Develop scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of SaaS onboarding experience with Enterprise customers
• Hospitality or restaurant client background
• Exceptional project management skills managing multiple workstreams
• Experience building and refining scalable processes

• Experience with customer onboarding management tools
• Consulting or digital transformation background
