💼 About This Role

You'll own the Workato integration platform and design data flows connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, and Snowflake. Your work ensures reliable data for AI agents and eliminates cross-system technical debt. This is a hands-on role with platform ownership and architectural authority.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production recipes on Workato connecting enterprise systems
• Lead EDI vendor evaluation and implement B2B connectivity (Staples onboarding)
• Manage cross-system technical-debt reduction program
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and root-cause analysis for integration incidents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building enterprise integrations between SaaS systems
• Deep hands-on experience with iPaaS (Workato preferred, MuleSoft/Boomi/Tray.io acceptable)
• Strong working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON/XML
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) for transformation logic

• EDI experience (ANSI X12, retail trading-partner onboarding)
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Zendesk, or Snowflake
• Background in B2B SaaS, hardware, or IoT environments
