You will oversee and coordinate the delivery of IWS, UPW, and WATR projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years project coordination in semiconductor or high-tech construction
• Strong understanding of construction coordination, procurement, and risk management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams
• Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with safety focus

Responsibilities

• Lead IWS, UPW, and WATR project delivery from scope development to closeout
• Seek competitive bids and issue purchase orders, tracking performance against budgets
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes; serve as key point of contact for stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning ensuring compliance with standards
• Provide regular project updates including financial and scheduling performance metrics
