You'll be the face of Carvana, managing gate access and conducting patrols to protect associates, customers, and assets at our facility. You'll ensure egress and digress protocols are followed and emergency procedures are executed. This overnight role offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings
• Create badges and review CCTV footage as needed
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles at entry points

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven decision-making in complex environment
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access technology
• Previous experience supporting OSHA program or Safety Team
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans
