As a technical leader in the Brazil Engineering Hub, you will define the multi-year roadmap for the Unified Data Store client stack. This role offers high impact at global scale, supporting over 150 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for UDS client stack.
• Architect high-performance data access layer with indexing and replication.
• Drive engineering excellence through design reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate globally with UDS and Data Infrastructure teams.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience with distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems and storage internals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate infrastructure challenges.
