💼 About This Role

You'll provide psychiatric consultation and treatment for seniors in a PACE program, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans. Your work directly enables elderly participants to remain in their homes and communities. This part-time role offers work-life balance and advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform psychiatric assessments and develop care plans with IDT
• Provide psychiatric consultation and treatment for participants
• Collaborate on discharge planning from acute or long-term care
• Oversee care of participants in nursing home settings

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant with Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis
• Certified as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active state license without restrictions
• Minimum of two years experience working with frail or elderly
