You'll serve as a clinical leader and people manager for a group of advanced practice providers, overseeing performance, engagement, and clinical quality in a value-based family care model. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach a team of advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Provide direct patient care via telehealth
• Conduct clinical supervision including chart reviews and feedback
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to guidelines

📋 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Louisiana
• National board certification (FNP, PNP, or similar)
• 3+ years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
• Active DEA registration or eligible to apply

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 1 year of formal or informal leadership experience
• Experience in a value-based or population health model
