💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global customer billing team at Doctolib, managing high-volume billing operations across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. You'll drive automation and process optimization while ensuring SOX-compliant financial closings of up to 2 million invoices annually. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, international environment with a strategic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of 3-5 billing professionals across multiple countries
• Supervise monthly and annual financial closing activities, including SOX controls
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer billing cycles with Sales and Finance
• Drive automation and process optimization in billing operations

📋 Requirements

• High-volume billing operations and financial accounting expertise (revenue recognition, financial closing, internal controls)
• Audit experience or senior accounting roles in high-growth companies
• Ability to manage and engage a team with a hands-on approach
• Strong IT appetite and automation mindset
